The Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties' Security, Intelligence, and Information Policy Section provides guidance and oversight designed to preserve civil rights and civil liberties in the execution of homeland security programs and activities.
The Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL)'s Antidiscrimination Group engages in policy work to ensure fair treatment of individuals and guard against discrimination based on race, color, national origin, disability, sex, and age in DHS programs and activities.
