FY 2020 Summary of Performance and Financial Information (Citizens' Report)
The Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 requires that DHS post on its public website any report required to be submitted by the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2020, upon the determination by the head of DHS that it shall serve the national interest. This requirement excludes reports that contain proprietary information, and reports that, if posted, could compromise homeland or national security.
