Continued Presence Resource Guide

This information sheet provides guidance for a temporary immigration designation provided to individuals identified by law enforcement as victims of a "severe form of trafficking persons" who may be potential witnesses in an investigation or who have filed civil actions against their traffickers. The Continued Presence Resource Guide helps law enforcement agencies, civil attorneys, service providers, human trafficking victims and survivors, and others better understand important tools used as part of a victim-centered approach to combat human trafficking.
